Alfie has been working as a theatre director, writer, assistant director, teacher, facilitator, SM, ASM, DSM, researcher, and youth theatre lead/assistant for 6 years.

He has worked at/with the Stephen Joseph Theatre, the University of York, York Theatre Royal, Four Wheel Drive, and others both as a freelancer and employee.

Alfie hopes to continue working on various projects with various people as time goes on, but focuses mainly on directing, writing, and collaborating on theatre adaptation, interactive/immersive/participatory theatre, and community/verbatim theatre.
